Fitness & Wellness
My fitness journey started with a hard conversation with my doctor in 2025. Since then, I've lost more than 40 pounds, gotten stronger, and learned that showing up for myself looks different from day to day.
I'm learning that progress is not only about the number on the scale. It's also about taking better care of myself and being proud of what my body can do.
Lifestyle
I have spent more than 20 years building my career, and I am still building. But I am also learning that I do not have to wait for the next promotion, the next relationship, or the next big milestone to enjoy my life.
From Las Vegas life and solo dates to friends, family, entrepreneurship, shopping, and the real-life experiences in between, this is where I share what life looks like beyond the travel plans and gym sessions.
