Have you ever got tired of doing the same mundane routine over and over? You know how you wake up and feel like you’re living the same day all over again. Better yet, do you ever feel like being consistent at anything is too much of a challenge so you throw the towel in? Then you attempt to try again some other time and before you know it, you’ve thrown in the towel yet again. I’ve heard it said that how you do one thing, is how you do everything. In today’s post I’m sharing with you 4 Quick & Inspiring Tips For Being Consistently Consistent.
1. Forgive Yourself For Your Past Results
I mean it! Forgive yourself. Whatever happened in the past, leave it there. If something didn’t work out, it’s okay. As a result of that “something” not working out, you still learned a lesson or two. Focus on the lessons and not the results.
Think about the last thing you did, but didn’t get the result you were hoping for. Now, take out a piece of paper and write down what you did, and what that result was. Doing this is called reflection and this is something I do often. It helps me focus on how things went, what I could have done better, and how to adjust for the next time. Then, I forgive myself for not hitting my target. After that, I focus all my positive energy on adjusting my process so that I can try it again. Don’t quit because you didn’t hit your target the first time. Keep going until you complete your goal. That’s exactly what these 4 tips for being consistently consistent inspire you do to.

2. Adopt A Routine
These tips will help you to stop cutting Corners
Having a routine will help you get things done. It creates organization for you in several ways. Plus, you can develop a routine for anything you need to get done. You may already feel like your life in general is a routine. For example, if you’re a parent, you might do a lot of the same things on a daily basis. Getting the kids breakfast, getting them ready for school, helping them with homework, and working at your job, to name a few. If you’ve been following my blog, you’ll see that I talk quite a bit about having a morning routine. This is by far my most favorite routine of all the routines I have. I also have routines for how I complete my goals, manage my finances, clean my home, and more. As a result, my success in these areas has been pretty consistent.
3. Create A System and Take Action
Systems will save you in so many ways. As someone who has a strength in project management, I create systems for everything. I talked about having routines, and all my routines have a system attached. For example, I have my budget routine that I follow which I talk about in my post on how to organize your life in 2021. When I write out my goals, I organize them annually, quarterly, and weekly. I have a date with myself each week to review them. If you create a system to get things done that work best for your schedule, you’ll see the difference it makes in every area of your life. Remember, if you create a system, you want to also take action.
4. Commit to Your Process
Keep going, no matter What
These 4 tips for being consistently consistent will inspire you to commit to your process, whatever it may be. Whether you have a specific money, career, fitness, business, or lifestyle goal, you have to keep going no matter what.
The worst thing you can do is quit, especially if you have quit something more than once. The best thing you can do is focus on your goal target and do whatever it takes for you to make it happen. Set a date to get it done, then lay out the specific actions you need to do to make it happen, and track your progress.
Being consistent isn’t always easy. Although, if you use these 4 quick tips for being consistently consistent, it will become much easier. You will get more things done and you will hit more of your goals. Then you will begin to create the lifestyle you love and deserve. The thing is, you have to be willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen. Are you willing to do what it takes to create the life you really want? Eliminate any excuses you’ve told yourself, stick to the commitment you made to yourself, and go do it!
